Crèche, Sunday School, Pathfinders & Travellers
If your little people would prefer to be sticking and glueing, hearing a story or learning a song with actions please feel free to make use of our creche and Sunday School facilities available during the 10am service. We are glad to be able to offer a fun environment for your children, which we hope will free you to be able to enjoy the service. All our volunteers are DBS checked, although if you prefer to stay with your child for the first few weeks to help them settle you would be more than welcome. Children go into our hall at the start of the service where they will be well looked after until communion is distributed at which point parents collect them.
For young people with more searching questions we have a Pathfinders and Travellers group [Year 4+]. They begin in the hall with the rest of the Sunday School, but then make their way over to the Vicarage next door, for some time looking at the Bible and engaging in more in depth conversation. It is a fun and informal atmosphere geared specifically towards that age group.
The third Sunday of each month is our Family Service where we come together to worship as we do with seasonal celebrations such as Easter, Harvest and Christmas etc.
If you would like to know anymore about our Sunday morning provision for children and young people please feel free to contact the vicar, Jane, (firstname.lastname@example.org)
